This is the outset time I've come beyond Liliana Heker, apparently very well-known in her native Argentina. The book is a pocket-sized i and I wished I'd institute it in Castilian; I think these stories would be perfect for reading in Spanish. Heker's stories are fresh and inventive; some read like dreams with their own internal logic, while others inhabit the territory (foreign just recognizable) of a child'southward perceptions. Y'all feel sad for Rosaura, its heartbreaking and says alot about the society and its bigotry towards class.

Liliana Heker began her literary career at age 17, mentored by Argentine writer Abelardo Castillo. She was a collaborator in Argentine republic literary magazine "The Paper Cricket" and founded, forth with Castillo, The Golden Bug and The Platypus. She has published several short story books which have been nerveless in "Cuentos" (Alfaguara). She has also written 2 novels, "El fin de la historia" and "Zo Liliana Heker began her literary career at historic period 17, mentored by Argentine writer Abelardo Castillo. She was a collaborator in Argentina literary magazine "The Paper Cricket" and founded, forth with Castillo, The Golden Problems and The Platypus. She has published several short story books which accept been collected in "Cuentos" (Alfaguara).
