Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service past providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of client service.
• See acquaintance operation expectations and goals for the shop
• Ability to properly complete necessary paperwork
• Power to move throughout the store unassisted to provide client service or perform tasks in any part of the shop for upwards to 8 hours
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Maintain cleanliness of all brute cages and fish tanks including creature care and feeding
• Aid in floor moves, merchandising, brandish maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assistance in processing, replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
• Adhere to all policy and procedures
